Duda Éva Company is one of Hungary’s best-known contemporary dance companies today. Our repertoire is broadened each year by inviting guest artists from Hungary and abroad. Throughout our artistic activity, we aim to strengthen the ties between better-known and more progressive theatrical genres. 

RAMAZURI is amusing, relaxing, recharging, and fascinating. It is a spectacular and monumental dance-circus cavalcade, complete with live music and acrobatic elements in joyful and witty choreographies. In this world, the language is movement itself, spoken by the body and the face. Humour and drama go hand in hand, along with the simultaneous presence of gentle and intense moments, elegance and comedy, reality and fantasy. The performance is a perfectly chiseled grotesque mirror in which majestic and awkward human features come to life under a magnifying glass. One of the main features of the performance is the scenery: special devices and spatial elements allow the unfolding of surprising gestures and unexpected visual solutions. The live music provided by Farkas Izsák and Szarvas Dávid creates a unique carnival-like atmosphere which includes elements of electro-swing, etno, jazz and hip-hop.
